Connect the Coastside is a Comprehensive Transportation Management Plan (CTMP) that will identify programs and improvements along Hwy 1 & 92 to accommodate future transportation needs.  Introductory presentation.
Online Virtual Workshop - open for your ideas.

The CTMP is a requirement of the 2012 Midcoast update to the Local Coastal Program (LCP Policy 2.53) and is scheduled for completion mid-2015.    Scope of work and timeline.

Montara Coast - Public Access & Views
Most of Montara’s spectacular rocky shoreline is only visible to the public from the ends of county streets west of Highway 1. Private encroachments into the public right-of-way are diminishing this coastal access.  Online petition to Board of Supervisors has over 400 signatures.

MCC Website Update Committee

Ad hoc committee confirmed - 2/22/2012

Reported to MCC that objective has been met and ad hoc committee has finished its work - 2/13/2013

Purpose: Oversee current website activity and conduct a project to replace the current website.

Objectives:

Current Website: Address policies and issues involving the current website and other MCC information management issues

Future Website: Oversee a project to replace the current website with one based on a standard template from Wordpress

MCC Maintained Lists: Manage the Agenda distribution list and other lists maintained for the purpose of MCC communication.

Time Frame: The committee will fulfill its purpose when a new website is in place.
