Plan Half Moon Bay
City of Half Moon Bay General Plan and Local Coastal Program Update is ongoing.  The City and unincorporated Midcoast greatly affect each other and Midcoast residents are encouraged to get involved.  Public review draft HMB Land Use Plan.  Next GPAC meeting June 30: Coastal Resources & Coastal Hazards, 6:30-9pm, 537 Kelly, HMB

Subdivision Regulations Update
A comprehensive update is underway to align county subdivision regulations (dating back to 1992) with current state law and pertinent case law, and to make them more user friendly.  May 25 staff report & MCC presentation.  June 8 MCC comments

Affordable Housing 
Local non-profit MidPen Housing will hold a second open house in late June or early July to share design concepts for the 11-acre Moss Beach affordable housing site that are compatible with the existing neighborhood, at the same medium density or lower, and conserve a significant portion of the site as permanent open space.

MCC Website Update Committee

Ad hoc committee confirmed - 2/22/2012

Reported to MCC that objective has been met and ad hoc committee has finished its work - 2/13/2013

Purpose: Oversee current website activity and conduct a project to replace the current website.

Objectives:

Current Website: Address policies and issues involving the current website and other MCC information management issues

Future Website: Oversee a project to replace the current website with one based on a standard template from Wordpress

MCC Maintained Lists: Manage the Agenda distribution list and other lists maintained for the purpose of MCC communication.

Time Frame: The committee will fulfill its purpose when a new website is in place.
